Dr. Huebner earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University, Harrison College of Pharmacy in 2024. She completed her Post Graduate Year 1 Pharmacy Residency at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL.

Dr. Guntas Hira

Guntas Hira, PharmD (2021-2022)

Dr. Guntas Hira earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from Wayne State University and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris College of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY1 training at Swedish Hospital Part of NorthShore, Chicago, IL, in 2021 and received his teaching certificate from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2021. Dr. Hira’s professional goals include improving patient outcomes through automation and data analytics, becoming a PGY2 Residency program director, and training future pharmacy informaticists.

Neel Patel, PharmD, BCPS

Neel Patel, PharmD, BCPS (2020-2021)

Dr. Neel Patel had the distinction of being the inaugural resident of our program. Dr. Patel received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Mississippi. He completed his PGY1 training at Coram/CVS Specialty Infusion Services, Houston, TX, in 2020 and received his teaching certificate from the University of Houston, School of Pharmacy in 2020. Dr. Patel’s goal for PGY2 residency year included strengthening his skills in pursuing a career in Pharmacy Leadership and Information Technology Management.
